The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all labels, accessories, and instructions.
The product must not be damaged or worn.

When requesting a refund or exchange, you will need to provide valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

Return Process
If you meet the return conditions, please follow these steps:

Return Product: Return the package to the designated return address. Shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product has a quality issue or the wrong item was sent).

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to apply. Returned products must meet the above return conditions. After receiving the return, we will process your exchange request and send the required replacement product. The related exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Processing Time
We will process your refund or exchange request within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. Once the application is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. The exact arrival time may vary depending on the payment channel. Special Circumstances

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund, and we will cover the associated shipping costs.
